ThinkStation E30

The workstation that is a desktop computer The ThinkStation E30 is very much like a ThinkCentre desktop computer or most other business class desktop computers based on the Intel platform. The E30 has an LGA1155 cpu socket, like most business class desktop computers released around the same time, while the ThinkStation S30 has an LGA2011 socket. In most ways, you can think of the E30 as a regular desktop that can accept E3 Xeon processors and ECC memory (but not registered memory modules).

Upgrading a ThinkStation S30
